What you believe is very important

What you believe is very important. Jesus said that the truth is what sets you free. It is important to live by the truth. Jesus said that God's Word is truth. Jesus believed the Scriptures.

God's Word says that to come to Him you must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him. It says we must believe Jesus is the Son of God and that God has raised Jesus from the dead.

When you believe your sins are forgiven and you have the righteousness of Jesus credited to you. You receive the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that His Father would give the Holy Spirit to any of His children who ask. The Spirit will make God known to you, give you power, guide you into all truth, make Scripture alive to you, warn you from sin, and comfort you. You are given the right to become a child of God. Those who are led by the Spirit of God are His children. God's peace, beyond all your understanding is available to you to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

God is never too busy for you- All of heaven resounds with great joy when one person comes to the knowledge of God in Christ. This joy of salvation is a mighty strength to God's children. God's acceptance is only and always based on what Jesus has done for us. We learn to walk and grow in the faith that God gives us. This pleases God. We become messengers of light, life and hope. We learn God's love, the greatest thing in the world.
