The moral code of your heart seems to be the way to go, but something isn't right. ("Nobody's perfect, at least I try.") This complaint, this attitude, is a cancer in your soul. ("Everybody's got sin, right? No way a loving God could condemn me!") Sin fights against you even now.

It won't obey God, and it can't. ("All this talk about a loving God, this judgement thing is discouraging.") We inherited the sin epidemic. Jesus understands. We were all infected.

So Jesus, holy and pure, died on the cross and became infested, taking in all of the world's sin, including your's. Jesus paid the penalty for your sin. He has the power to take your sins away, and make you clean. Take a moment. Let Jesus enable you to say yes to him. Let him take all your fears and worries.

He will start you on the greatest adventure of your life. We all are encouraged with you when you make the decision. Don't let a busy life or doubt steal this from you. Read your bible, the book of John in the New Testament is a good place to start. Ask the Lord and he will open up Scripture to you. Make sure you go to church.
